Can I change my exam date?
>You have an exam window within which you can write your exam; if the new date falls within this window, you only need to reschedule with your proctor. Otherwise contact the association to change your exam date.

When can I write my exam?
>With  a nominated proctor, you need to schedule your exam with your proctor. The exam must be written within your assigned exam window.
>For virtual proctor, you will schedule your exam with Examity. If it is your first time writing with Examity, you will receive an email with your login information from Examity.

I have elected to write with a nominated (in person) proctor, what is the next step?
>Contact the association for a proctor form.

For virtual proctroing: I have not received anything from Examity to set up a profile & exam date.
>Go to https://prod.examity.com/Captus/ and enter your email address in the ‘Forget Your Password’ field. This will trigger a new login email to be sent from Examity.
>Be sure to also check your spam folder.

I didn’t get the email providing my candidate code or proctor code.

I’m putting in my candidate or proctor code and it won’t allow the exam to begin.
1. Verify that you’re using the correct code. Generally codes are 5-6 digits long (numbers only).

2. Verify that you are on the correct exam site. Link to the exam site can be found here.

My login is valid but my exam window is between dates that have expired.
>Contact the association to change your exam window.

I’m unable to type my answers in the exam window.
>Close your current browser and try logging in using a different browser.

My connection or computer failed in the middle of the exam.
>Log into your exam again with the proctor, and the last saved question will appear.

I did not receive my results when I completed the exam.
>For exams that are solely multiple choice, results should be received right away.
>For CAIB exams, results are released by the association. Contact the association for your results.

I wrote my exam a while ago, when will I receive my results?
>For CAIB exams, results are released by the association. Contact the association for your results.
>For exams that are solely multiple choice, you should receive your results immediately. If you do not see your results immediately or receive an email, please contact the association.

I wrote my exam and haven’t received my certificate.
>For exams that are solely multiple choice, you should receive results immediately. The link to receive your certificate should appear on the screen and also be emailed to you.
>To retrieve your certificate, click here.
