Rather than present a nursing diagnosis for each chapter, this publication will present common problems in an evidence-based format. At the end of each chapter, you will be prompted to click on a link that will enable you to complete a Progress Quiz. The quiz will load in a new window in your browser. Once you have completed the Progress Quiz, close that window and proceed to the next chapter.

When you have read every chapter and have completed each Progress Quiz, click the final link at the end of the eBook to attempt the Final Assessment. Completing the Final Assessment with a grade of at least 80% will enable you to earn 8 contact hours.

Upon successful completion of the Final Assessment, the CE certificate will automatically be issued to you. You can redo the Final Assessment, if necessary, to achieve the passing grade.

Upon completion the learner will be able to:
