Excess Liability and Umbrella Coverages
In this course, we are going to discuss excess and umbrella liability policies and how they can provide greater coverage than the standard Personal and Commercial General Liability (CGL) policies. We will discuss the generalities of excess liability and umbrella liability first, followed by a more detailed look at the Umbrella Liability Policy and how it works. We’ll also take a quick look at the Wrap-up Liability Policy.
