Commercial Property Insurance - Additional Coverage Forms
There are several exclusions to commercial property coverages that relate to property and perils. To do a good job for their clients, brokers must develop a sound working knowledge of them. In this CE course, you will undertake a review of these exclusions and how to deal with them via appropriate endorsements, riders, or policy forms. Along the way, you will also learn about broadening on-premises coverages, insuring off-premises exposures, and miscellaneous endorsement forms.
