It consists of recorded audio lectures and multimedia content, covering key concepts for successful alliances, case study analysis, organizational elements that align alliances with corporate strategy, and partner business objectives. Each module concludes with a summary of key take-aways. Upon registration, candidates have 8 weeks in total to complete the self-paced online learning and pass the exam. Short term access to The ASAP Handbook of Alliance Management electronic book is available to use as reference while preparing for the exam.
